TLC Team was founded in 2022, and is swiftly establishing itself as a quality provider of professional housing support, livelihood assistance and outreach services for young people aged 16 and above.
We work with local authorities and relevant professionals to provide flexible support packages that help young people and their families with dignity and respect.

Our dedicated staff team is skilled and experienced in building trusting relationships and help to provide the support required by young people to achieve their goals.

Our specially designed housing and support programmes are permanently altering lives, whether we are saving someone in an immediate crisis or transforming their life trajectory with long-term assistance.

Who We Support
We look after young people who have been in foster care, residential children’s homes, and other placements where perhaps things haven’t quite worked out, or young people who are looking for something different and are just ready to be a bit more independent.

Some of our young people are nearly ready to live on their own and require little assistance, others may require additional support in order for them to become more confident with the idea and are placed with us to learn and achieve the small steps required to progress towards living independently.

How We Help & Support
Our staff love working with young people and enjoy helping you to learn new skills so that eventually you will be able to manage a flat or house of your own.

We don’t take over your life at TLC, and we understand that there are many reasons why people come to us.
​
If you decide to come and live with us, we will make sure that we listen to you, so that we can understand you, and find out what support you feel you need. We will spend quality time with you and ensure that we are available all day, every day, in case you ever need to talk or need advice and support.
We can help you to put together a plan, to support you to achieve your goals and if you are not sure what you want to do with your life we will try and help you figure it out.
